Terms of Service
Effective: August 7, 2026
1. Who you're dealing with
PourIQ is published by Core Capital Apps, operated by Core Capital Investments LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). Using PourIQ — the web app, the mobile apps, and everything behind them — means you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a bar or company, you're confirming you have the authority to bind it. Questions: rockpros@gmail.com.
2. What PourIQ is (and isn't)
PourIQ is inventory, pour-cost, and margin software for bars and restaurants: counting stock, reading supplier invoices, tracking pours and empties, comparing poured against sold, and pricing drinks to a target margin. PourIQ does not sell, serve, or deliver alcohol, and it is not a point-of-sale system. It is also not an accounting, tax, or legal service — see section 9, which matters more than most sections.
3. Your workspace and your team
- A workspace belongs to the bar that created it. The owner and managers control who joins, what staff can see, and the bar's join code.
- You're responsible for the people you let in: keep the join code and passwords to your team, and remove access when someone leaves. Anything done under your workspace's accounts is on your workspace.
- Give us accurate account information and keep it current.
4. Your data is yours
Everything your bar puts into PourIQ — items, counts, invoices, pours, recipes, sales figures — stays your bar's business records. You give us permission to host, process, and display that data, but only to run the service for you. We never sell it, never share it with other bars, and never use it for advertising. You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion, at any time by emailing us. How we handle data day to day is covered by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
5. Photos and AI
When you scan a bottle or an invoice, the photo is sent to our AI provider to read it and the results are saved to your workspace. The images are used only to complete your request and are not used to train models. AI reading is good but not perfect — which is why the app asks a human to review parsed invoices, and why section 9 exists.
6. Real Pours — community drink photos
SpeedRail, our free recipe tool, lets staff and owners of bars on PourIQ publish photos of drinks they poured ("Real Pours"). Real Pours are a PourIQ perk: published photos are shown to bars and restaurants on PourIQ — devices signed in to PourIQ or joined to a bar's SpeedRail code — credited to your bar by name. They are not shown to the general public. By publishing one you confirm you took it or your bar has the right to share it, that no identifiable person is in it without their OK, and that it shows a drink — not people, ads, or anything offensive or illegal.
- You keep ownership of your photos. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, resize, and display them in SpeedRail and PourIQ, credited to your bar, for as long as they're published.
- Every photo passes an automated screen before it publishes, and any viewer can report one afterward; reported photos can be hidden pending review. The screen sends the photo to our AI provider the same way section 5 describes — used only for the check, never to train models.
- We can remove any photo at any time, and a bar that repeatedly posts junk can lose photo access. Owners: rotating your join code cuts off uploads from phones that joined with it; a phone unlocked at the bar itself keeps access until that unlock expires (at most 30 days).
- Want a photo taken down — yours, or one of you? Email rockpros@gmail.com and we'll handle it.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Right now, PourIQ is free. There are no paid plans running yet and we are not charging anyone, so nothing in this section is taking money from you today. It sets out how billing works from the day paid plans launch.
- Paid plans are billed through our website, per workspace, at the price shown when you subscribe. We may offer free plans, trials, or discounts, and may change what they include.
- We can change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period, never retroactively.
- You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partial periods.
- If a subscription goes unpaid, we may suspend the workspace after notice.
- Prices don't include any taxes you're required to pay.
8. Fair use
You agree not to:
- break the law with the service, or upload content you have no right to upload;
- try to reach another bar's data, probe or overload our systems, or work around rate limits and security;
- resell, sublicense, or white-label PourIQ without a written deal with us;
- copy the service to build a competing product from the inside.
9. The numbers are help, not gospel
Counts, costs, margins, and variance in PourIQ are computed from what your team enters and scans. They are informational tools for running your bar — not accounting records, tax figures, or legal advice, and they can be wrong when inputs are wrong or an invoice is misread. Review what the app parses, and verify the numbers before you make business decisions on them. Your books, your pricing, and your regulatory compliance remain your responsibility.
10. Availability
We work hard to keep PourIQ fast and available, and we're honest when something breaks — but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Features will evolve; we may add, change, or retire functionality as the product improves.
11. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — and our total liability for any claim related to PourIQ is capped at the amount your workspace paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
12. If someone sues us because of your use
If a third party brings a claim against us because of your content or your breach of these terms, you'll cover the costs and damages of that claim.
13. Ending things
- You can stop using PourIQ and cancel at any time.
- We can suspend or terminate a workspace for breach of these terms or non-payment — with notice and a chance to fix it where that's practical.
- After termination you have 30 days to request a copy of your data; after that we may delete it in line with our retention practices.
- Sections 4, 6, 9, 11, 12, and 15 survive termination.
14. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use PourIQ after that means you accept the new terms; if you don't, cancel before they take effect.
15. The legal wrap-up
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes belong in the courts located there — but email us first; most problems are faster to fix than to litigate.
- These terms plus the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about PourIQ.
- If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
- Not enforcing a term today doesn't waive it tomorrow. You can't assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
